Salsedine – Adriatic Portrait

Fishermen
/ˈfɪʃəmən/

At dawn, the voyage begins
in the cold waters of the sea,
on a boat, one eye open and the other still asleep.

Looking for fish to earn a living
among dirt and smell,
with a lonely radio playing
like a child crying in bleep.
